1. This promo deal is only for new clients of North Shore Chiropractic. This only includes an initial consultation, postural examinations, a doctor’s report and any necessary spinal x-rays. The voucher DOES NOT include any adjustments.

2. This deal is limited to only one per customer.

3. Booking of time slots is subject to availability. On the day of appointment, all services must be redeemed during a single visit by same customer.

4. In case of any appointment cancellation or re-scheduling, we expect at least 24 hrs notice before the initial service date that you booked.
